
Samsung NX10 camera’s firmware updated version (1.20 firmware) has officially launched yesterday. The 1.20 firmware is added to support Samsung NX10 lens new system called the i-Function lens. This new firmware and i-Function lens system will make the NX10 owner more easier to control because you can arrange the ISO, Speed, Shutter Speed, Aperture and white balance or control the camera’s settings conveniently and intuitively from the lens itself via the focus dial/button.
If you want to know how the button works, Samsung explains, when the button is pressed, the shooting parameter is shown on screen with a graphical cue and rotating the manual focus ring on the lens changes the value. The firmware upgrade also provides a faster AF speed on the camera, which ensures that users never miss that perfect moment.
