Introducing, next Sony Cyber-shot series the DSC-WX1 after the HX1 model. This new Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-WX1 carry a back-illuminated ‘Exmor R’ CMOS image sensor with metal wiring layer for light-sensitive pixels include an automatic Sweep Panorama function and high-speed mechanical shutter. The DSC-WX1 features a 2.7-inch LCD display, 10.1MP sensor, a MPEG4 HD video recording ability with sound up to 1280 x 720 pixels (720p) resolution of 30/fps and 640 x 480 pixel (VGA) movie recording. When it available in US, this camera will be offered at cost $350 a black-bodied version.
