Sony XDCAM HD422 series is new multi-format camcorder which able to give a HD/SD conversion of video recording result. It could produce a native resolution at 1080 pixels and 720 pixels of 23.98 frame rate. Sony has equipped the XDCAM HD422 with dual-layer 50GB version of Sony’s optical Professional Discâ„¢ media. You will enjoy 95 minutes at 50 Mbps of HD recording. And Sony introduced the PDW-F800 CineAlta (one of the XDCAM HD422 version/model) complete with the PDW-F1600 deck. The price for the PDW-F800 camcorder is $41,990, while the PDW-F1600 deck with $27,990. Both will available this June at Sony’s official store.
