This early year, Nikon has announced several new cameras from the CoolPix series and one of them is the superzoom model, the CoolPix P500. This DSLR camera comes with a 12.1MP CMOS sensor, a 36X zoom lens, a max ISO of 3200 and a 22.5mm to 810mm (35mm equivalent) lens. Nikon CoolPix P500 capable to recording HD 1080p video with stereo sound. Besides this superzoom camera, Nikon also offers another models such as: the CoolPIX S9100 and L120, two new ultra-slim telephoto camera that carry a 12.1MP CMOS sensor, 18X zoom, 25mm-450mm equivalent ISO sensitivity up to 3200 and 3-inch color LCD for the S9100, while the COOLPIX L120 features 14.1MP sensor, 21x zoom lens, high sensitivity up to ISO 6400 and also 3-inch high-resolution LCD. Nikon has officially announced three new CoolPix cameras several days ago. And this CoolPix P7000 is one of the member that already supported by EXPEED C2 processor, an Optional wide-angle conversion lens and wireless remote. Based on the source report, this camera has a similar design and specs with the Canon PowerShot G11 but the CoolPix P7000 is more compact in design. Nikon will drop the CoolPix P7000 at their camera retail store this end of September and offered at cost $499.

Above is the picture of two new Nikon cameras collection which are lately spotted at Garmany magazine. Identified as the D1300 DSLR and two new Coolpix series (the CoolPix S5100 and the Coolpix Coolpx S1100pj). For the D3100 SLR camera, its described to has a 14MP sensor with up to ISO 12800 sensitivity and HD video recording capability (1080p) while the CoolPix S5100 has a 12MP camera with a 28-140mm zoom lens and the Coolpix Coolpx S1100pj has compatible with integrated projector-lens. Based on the article, Nikon D1300 DSLR will be priced at $831 and for the two CoolPix series, they have been scheduled for launching in Germany very soon but there is no sign about its price yet.

Nikon CoolPix P100 is a new superzoom which has a 26X optical zoom lens and a 10.3 megapixel CMOS sensor with ISO 3200 sensitivity. The CoolPix P100’s lens has equipped with a five-way stabilizer and also Backside Illumination and Active D-Lighting. Nikon already design the lens into macro size at 0.4-inch complete with in-camera HDR features and a 40-shot pre-shooting cache. It has a 3-inch tilt LCD on its back and able to display a 1080p HD video. Nikon CoolPix P100 will available this March with targeted priced at $400. Very nice camera for next collection.

Here this the Coolpix S70, Nikon’s debut Coolpix camera series which already carry a large OLED screen with 720p HD video mode. Nikon Coolpix S70 has a 12MP sensor with 5x optical zoom lens and sensor-shift Vibration ReductionEasy Auto, Auto Scene and Movie recording, an also a 3.5-inch OLED display with optional aspect ratio set-up of 16:9 or 4:3. Nikon has equipped the Coolpix S70 with three choices of Touch Shooting “button” (Touch Shutter, Subject Tracking and Touch AF/AE). Nikon Coolpix S70 HD digicam available in four variant colors and offered at cost $399.95 a unit.

Nikon CoolPix L15 has 8MP CCD sensor with 3x optical zoom lens and 4x digital zoom of 35-105mm equivalent. It also equips with 2.8-inch LCD monitor which able to view image very accurate and clear even under the bright sunlight. The CoolPix L15 lens already supports true optical Vibration Reduction, Face-Priority AF, and D-Lighting to prevent exposure troubles and also One-Touch Portrait mode with 15 preset scene modes. It is now offered in low price at $149.99 in retails.

I found this brilliant and excellent digital compact camera in Yanko Design website. After I look very close to its branded, I notice - its probably new Nikon CookPix design. Based on the Yanko report, this camera named the CoolPix 3M. Camillo Vanacore who has design this camera, he has made it with waterproof system. Beside that it also work in every weather condition. Powerful even drown under snorkeling in the Great Barrier, and also able to capture image under the water from the deck. This Nikon Coolpix 3M also designed complete with video recording ability. Another two new Nikon Coolpix S series after S220 and S230 model, there are S630 and S620 models are going to discuss this time. Nikon Coolpix S620 is featured by 12.2MP NIKKOR sensor with 4x zoom lens and wide-angle 28mm (35mm-format equivalent). Beside that, it also equipped with 2.7-inch LCD monitor complete with four anti-blur technologies, including lens-shift VR, and Motion Detection, new Blink Proof and Quick Retouch, Subject Tracking AF and Scene Auto Selector.

Meanwhile Nikon Coolpix S630 comes with 12MP sensor and a reduced 3-megapixel resolution with image-sensor shift VR (Vibration Reduction) and a superb 7x optical zoom NIKKOR lens also 2.7-inch LCD monitor complete with all-new Blink Proof feature, Face & Smile detection, a Sports Continuous Mode with up to 10 fps and a Quick Retouch function. Coolpix S230 has equipped almost in the same features of Coolpix S220. The differents is, Nikon Coolpix S230 has larger LCD display of 3-inch with touchscreen system and provides 230,000 pixels resolution. Nikon designed this 10.1MP ultra slim digital camera into plum, blue, black, red, and silver of metal body color. You can customize the image result in Nikon Coolpix S230 by put stamps and add frames into the photo through stylus technology. This camera price is about $230, more expensive than the Coolpix S220.
