Nikon has a new digital photo frame collection called the NF-300i. Nikon is offering their online service for converting regular 2D pictures into 3D with this digital photo frame. Nikon NF-300i 3D digital photo frame features a 7.2-inch widescreen with 800x 600 resolution and 400cd/m2 brightness. It runs Android 2.1 complete with 4GB internal memory, an ethernet port, a USB port, WiFi and also a remote control. The NF-300i measures about 176 x 156 x 50mm and weighing 600g.

On December, Nikon will offer the my Picturetown service that allow you to share and store photos via Nikon’s own website. The NF-300i is not for sale but it will be rented to users at cost $25 a month or $250 a year to use the 3D image conversion service and they also allow to upgrade the storage capacity from 2GB to 20GB by paying $4.30 per month.

Sony has listed their four new digital photo frame as their next collection. The DPFs has officially announced yesterday in Japan and classified into two basic model: the DPFXR100 (10-inch) and DPF-XR80 (8-inch) came with AVCHD video playback, while the DPF-D830 (8-inch) and DFP-D720 (7-inch) without AVCHD Video support. Each model able to view picture into 480×234 and 1024×600 resolution with 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratios and equipped by MP3 audio files and 12MB/2GB internal memory.
